@FrontierCorp @MaltaHouseCT Warning: @FrontierCorp will charge you hidden fees to cancel your internet service. They are demanding a $50 "restocking" fee for a router that I didn't need (already had my own) and only accepted as a backup because the installation technician said it would be totally free.

@FrontierCorp I tried the DM and it temporarily locked my account. Not a good start, but is this Frontier Communications cable/phone/internet group for WV?

@FrontierCorp needs to work on their ability to fix internet issues. Apparently, it's acceptable for an ISP to have their customers be without service for multiple weeks. This is not the first time. Recently joined @FrontierCorp, might be switching @Justmike66 @The_FatSteve
@mexicanbreadguy @FrontierCorp I used to be so ready to recommend them but my opinion had changed quickly. If you have any issue with the service you're completely screwed if you depend on internet for your job.
Lol so I had an appointment to get this fixed tomorrow (so a weekend with no internet) and suddenly get a notif from @FrontierCorp today saying service restored/appointment cancelled. Yay! Right? Except they fixed nothing and now my appointment is a day later. What a shitshow.

@FrontierCorp I do not think that I should have to pay the reconnection fees. I sent the payment in a timely manner. It was received before my statement said the payment would be over due by the 28th April. Your company received it on the 23rd April.
