@NigeriaStories Blaming the citizens for your failures, how original! Maybe, just maybe, if you actually did your job properly, people wouldn't be so frustrated with the constant power outages and inefficiencies.
@JesseKenya In Thindegua, we experience those 20 power outages on a fortnight. The issue is with KPLC awarding shoddy contractors the job of constructing the distribution lines
@CESCLimited@BanglarGorboMB#Cesc has given me a permanent #job without any payment to complain the power outages everyday three four times....
Thank you @CESCLimited
But do consider paying me for this great job which requires my day time night time...
#pathetic
Painful
@austinenergy Finally got power back on. Now if @Ask_Spectrum could do their job and give an estimation of when service will be restored instead of a “we see you have an outage” from 7:21am this morning
Have you noticed whenever there power outage, immediately the answer they ask if it's a certain part of the area or whole, then they tell you it's due to faults. So why can't they fix it once and for all cos this fault is persistent?
The ecg call center job isn't hard at all
