@Ryanair absolutely disgusting behaviour from checking in staff in Lanzarote who treated my daughter who has down syndrome with such disrespect and discrimination. In 32 years I have never experienced such disgusting manners flight 11.10 FR251

@STN_Airport @Ryanair disappointed by special assistance as even though I booked & explained I struggle with crowds and queues you left me at a jam packed gate until almost the last person was on then had to still queue at steps and walk down a crowded plane. Very stressfulRelated Services
