Tucker Carlson is a Kompromised Kremlin shill and was likely told to say that to discredit Signal which is widely used by Russian dissidents. If he was Kompromised, most likely an end point attack. Though Signal is not end to end trust.

@signalapp I will say that all the other schools doing this provides cover. It means the authorities can’t single out one or five campuses as an anomaly. That these were the outliers, the radicals, and they don’t represent the will of the vast majority. And it provides social proof.
