@GetSpectrum how about you just continue with the 30 dollar discount on connection in replace for congress not finding the APC credit. Why do you think people want more phones and services? We want to have our discount rather than a new service. With prices rising we struggle.

Our #Spectrum internet in NW Austin out for 12 hours since a storm. Surprisingly, #Alexa can still turn lights on and off. But she takes longer, turns it on/off and then proudly proclaims “on!” or “off!”—whichever is the opposite of what she did.

#spectrum is genuinely the worst service ever. I’ve felt with them for like 20 years - had google fiber for the past 2 - just had to switch back to spectrum it’s like going back to the dark ages. Why is it so hard to provide good internet.

@Ask_Spectrum No... not resolved. you have to make a way for current customers to get bundles and promotion deals if we resign a contract. We have to pay disconnection fees when we move/disconnect. Costs you nothing to alter current contracts to fit a new Bundle or deal with billing department
