@VerizonSupport @luisace82 Hey @verizon, in 2012 you folks say I didn’t return my cable box and I was charge. We went around and around for 3 months until another service rep found it had been reassigned to another customer 1500 miles away in New Jersey. You kept my money.

At the exact moment Brad Pitt tells Don Cheadle "hit 'em harder" with their quake machine, a real earthquake happened a few miles from me. Then train 111 crashed, then market crash.

@SamsungMobileUS are you guys serious that new devices, which I bought two of today, don't come with power cords?! I was offered a "bonus" charger by @Verizon for buying a case, but it still doesn't come with an actual cable. What gives? 1/2
