@Verizon I made my normal payment of $240. I tried to use my iPhone just now and it stated I owe $666.00 I’m never late, your company sucks!

Went into @Verizon for my girlfriend to get a new phone because hers was exploding. She left with a Phone, Tablet and Watch because of a deal/bundle. To say I was jealous is an understatement. At least I left after having a conversation about Apex with the sales rep.

@VerizonSupport @Verizon 35 freaking years and you will not honor the any phone any condition offer. I am repeatedly getting the phones sent back. I have spent no less that 20 hours of my life trying to straighten this out since March. On eternal hold again
