@DirkDigglinator Yeah my 12 was showing signs of death.. good ol’ @Verizon stated I could upgrade for a “ Free” phone with no additional cost. Needless to say- my next bill had $100 in additional charges.. I put them in the same category as @GetSpectrum

man, i get about 50/50 @Verizon coverage, up near #ThomasPark in #SalinaKS . 50% of the time, i get great 4GLte signal. the other 50% of the time, i have near to no signal. other than this, though, their coverage [or, at least, their equipment maintenance and upkeep] is better

The way I been going back and forth with @Verizon & @FedEx because the dumb ass Verizon rep put the wrong address for my headphones but now FedEx not trynna deliver my shit and Verizon won’t just tell FedEx the correct address is crazy !!! I beeen on the phones since 10am
