@agoda why can’t we cancel for free if the host doesn’t declare 200 security deposit on the website and only declare it after my booking is confirmed? Call 5 CS of yours and all said can’t cancel for free. If cancel, 100% money burn.

@agoda Extremely disappointed with your partner support. After 15 emails: Same backend bug persists: Incorrect property locations 2. Unable to activate listings 3. Payment details rejected 3 times Pending resolution for 2 weeks. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable
