@AndrewsMC2 Air India would probably be a better choice than any of the American Airlines - service, food offering, crew, hospitality. Flew United and their seats were patched up with masking tape, over head bin was broken, only pretzel & pop, list goes on…..now with 400+ aircraft on order

@airindia there is still no update on my case. I warn everyone not to travel this fucked up airlines. They don’t have basic courtesy. It’s been 5 months for my case now. Now, I am gonna take a legal action
