@ANZ_AU having been using ANZ Plus for a number of months now. Excellent platform, not had a single issue. V easy to use. Set up a joint account post the recent upgrade. seamless. Suggests an excellent leadership team. Well done.

@ANZ_AU worst customer experience EVER. On hold for over 3 hours to change my CRN. Bounced from department to department. Absolutely shocking. Might have to take my money to another bank!!!!

@ANZ_AU @tabcomau It's a friends account. They reported it weeks ago. The unactivated card is still being used by someone. I saw their app and the card hasn't been activated. It seems like an oversight to allow an unactivated card to be used. I'll recommend AFCA.
