Saying it's spam/scam when trying to sign up, don't trust it
Horrible app. It doesn't connect with the pump at the gas station, and I can't manually insert my receipt to get points. The app is lack of information on how to earn and redeem points
When the app comes up, it requires you to enter your phone number, then sends a text with a code sent by text which has to be entered before allowed back into your account. Why can't you just allow people to LOG in to their accounts directly, instead of going through the hassle of opening the app, then forced to input your number, wait for the text to receive the "verification code", then back to the app to input the blasted code.? A time consuming hassle every single time the app is opened.
This was a great rewards app, but they changed the rules, so the only way you can use a reward now is if you pre-pay for the fuel.
Useless. Couldn't figure out how to make it work, how the system even knows I'm at a Marathon station. Lots of confusing "offers"... listen, I'm not here for games. From all the recent "1 star" ratings, it looks like this is a formerly-useful app that went down a bunny hole. Goin' back to Shell. They don't keep all their promises either, but it's way better than this.
Trash app and even worse company to deal with.
Tried to use the app because I fill up at arco exclusively. Thought it'd be cool to save some money. The app was too difficult to figure out and too much hassle. I'm just gonma switch gas stations and use one of their apps.
The app is misleading on discount. App says $2.00 off. But only applies 10 cent off per gallon. So if you don't have 20 gal. Tank, yo don't get full discount, but they take full discount from your balance. Marathon is showing it's true dishonest face with its app. BE CAUTIOUS they are lying on app
They recently changed the rewards system and you can no longer get $10 or $20 off your total price
always logs me out randomly 🙄
