I have never ever been treated so extremely poorly, poor customer focus, it's taken two months to get approval for a credit card, very unprofessional, misplaced documents, I will be changing banks & taking some very wealthy customers with me who have had poor service as well.

2023 going to get fuel at the servo fill up and can't access my bank. what the hell. lucky! I have CASH now the 23rd of July 2024 I'm sitting at a service station and can't pay for fuel because your app's going to take supposedly 30 minutes to transfer money from one account to another I'm just going to have to start pulling cash out. this is getting ridiculous every 4 months about. there's something wrong. now it's taking longer than 30 minutes

Great app, user friendly and appealing interface. Unfortunately it's let down by terrible customer service from NABs business banking sector. The worst we've experienced. Only posting on here because nothing gets done anywhere else.
Why am I getting text messages about loans when I didn't ask for them?! Make it a dam email not a text message that you can't unsubscribe from.
