Impossible to login, only got on successfully once to deposit money in and can never get back again, kept keying in the verification codes and kept having errors logging in.
Update: this app is far too overpriced for what it is now. There are constant bugs, and the UI is not designed well for kids (very bland and boring). I have found another much better, reliable and lower priced (1/3 of the price) app that allows personalisation of jobs (colours, pictures, etc.) Shop around if you are considering this one, I'd suggest to look elsewhere. "Pending" more frequent, lack of usability with job management, fee increase.
Cannot and won't log me in!
It's cheaper to get your kids an actual bank account at NAB or something, the fees on spriggy are INSANE.
This app is so stupid, I upgraded to sprk, and ever since then, the app has been lagging more than your average budget phone from 2012. Don't waste your time.
Most autistic app ever
Can I please have contact with a support team I had no idea I had signed up for a free trial that's now charging me 50 dollars or a 10 dollar cancellation fee when there was no clear information when signing up to the app that it was a paid app at all it just asked if I wanted a free trial and I clicked later and now I owe 50 dollars
It used to be a reliable, but twice now in 7 days the funds were not available until hours later. We will revert to bank issued cards.
Why would anyone download this app and pay these people to use this service, even if the fees were a one-off, when you can open a fee free bank account that will serve the same purpose, and contribute the fees charged here to your child/children's bank account/s??? There's a sucker born every minute... Are you one of them??? A per your response, kids can learn how to be money smart in a safe and controlled environment without the fees you charge...
This app was good initially but when it stopped working there is no way to get help. My daughter could not use the card since Feb. Unable to contact their support using the links in the app, it kept coming up as page not available. I had to cancel my account to get my money back. Wasted 12 months of subscription for nothing. Stay away from them.
