It's been awful . I can't get In touch with anyone. I was able to use the card and then I couldn't. I sent a copy of my drivers license to get an actual card sent to me. I have yet to receive one. I have over 200.00 being held hostage and I would like my money.
I downloaded this app to check it out after seeing reviews it dies not work for me. A friend sent me an e transfer and it went to koho instead of my actual bank because if some sneaky built in app. They charged me 48.00 for their essential plan, which I i NEVER wanted . I was trying to transfer my money to my bank, keep getting error msg, now they refuse to refund me . Stay away!!!

Forgot my Username and called Customer Support, I explained that I am NOT getting the Password Reset emails...they then continued to say the same thing over and over....make sure you're putting in the right email etc....and then I explained again that I have troubleshot all steps...I give up KOHO
