DO NOT USE THIS EXCHNAGE!!! There are no fees but the spread is a constant 5%!!! Which means they say you have 400$ in said coin but when you sell you'll only get 380$. They tell you your price before selling but they don't warn anywhere about 400-5% spread equals 380 real value. So I'd you don't pay attention you'll lose a lot of money even if it's just moving from one coin to USD and to the next coin. That's twice -5%, therefore 10% minus. It's unacceptable. I'm gone as soon as cycle end
All good till you deal with support of any kind..they are crooks! If there were negative stars I would use them! Stole from me under the guise of helping protect acct..just don't. Not worth it..
It says to sell at market price. But once you go to sell it makes you sell below market price. At the same time if you can buy at market price. So it's false advertising. I just lost 40 dollars from 200.
Horrible spread. Today I bought $1,200 worth of CKB when the price showed as $0.007. Before I even clicked the confirm button to purchase the coins, I checked that it was set to buy at $0.007. Moments after purchasing, it showed me that I bought at an average of $0.0088. How is this even possible??? Absolutely the worst platform to trade on. I'll be withdrawing all my coins out of this garbage and never use their service again.

Worst app ever. I tried to upload my passport for more than 20 times and got rejected everytime. I wont recommend it to anyone. After reading all the reviews from everyone I am glad I changed my mind using this App.
Customer support is bad. I suspected of a transaction on my visa card and I froze the card. Now I'm not able to unfroze it through the app and customer support doesn't do anything.
