Thanks for dev replying, however you fail to understand the concept of banner popping out multiple times, especially when we want to do transactions, advertisement pop-up which affects the experience and accidental inputs occured.
The app is not sending sms over for verifications to sign up. Able to fix this or is there another method to sign up for youtrip?
Bad administration and customer support. Have been waiting for them to process my application for more than 1 month. Customer support just keep saying that they will expedite my application and for me to wait 1 week. It has already been the third time I asked them for my application process status and all they say is the same that they will expedite my application and for me to wait. Honestly, very bad customer support and administrative. Don't even bother signing up for youtrip.
My physical card got suspended. I tried to contract that service line. But, there is no update after I am waiting for days for the update. It has been a month since this issue happened.
After the update, YouTrip claims that you can now withdraw your money. HOWEVER, only topups made after 22/7/24 can be withdrawn. AKA, any money that was stuck collecting dust in this stupid app will STILL collect dust and be unwithdrawable!!!
