This app and service is pathetic, i have gone very bad experience yesterday 07/08/2024. Agoda gave me hotel on diffrent MRP andvwhen i reached to the hotel, hotel person shown diffrent amount, i was stuck at hotel from 12pm to 5.30pm, the were even not supported, at the time of booking they asked me to add credit card, till now they have not renoved from app and even i reuested for cancel my booking but they said you need to pay amount for it..very very bad in all aspects. Friends dont go Agoda
Horrible Horrible HORRRIIIBBBLLLEEE! I paid for an upgraded, luxury suite at hotel and they booked me for a basic, standard, as low as you can go room! They would NOT change the booking in their system either! I paid over $150 MORE than what i should have and they only refunded me $25!! They should have refunded me $100 but they're scammers!! They COULD HAVE upgraded me to the room I paid for, but, the booking partners REFUSED! So they scammed me! DO NOT USE THIS APP!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH AGODA! They have no concern for the customer or experience. I have been using Agoda the last 4 years and today wiill dellete this app and account. Long story short, reaching a person in CS is a joke. Don't expect it because apparently they are "overwhelmed" - Also they DO NOT HONOR THE BPG even when Agoda is the one offering the lower price than what they charged less than an hour earlier. Stick witha known company like Expedia!

The latest version crashs frequently when I make ANY booking, I have to book rooms with another phone, pls fix it asap
I booked a flight, Agooda's system added "mr" next to my name and "ms" next to my wife name. This made the ticket not valid as it doesn't match my passport. I booked another flight with the same problem. Now I had two booking lost due system errors. I could not talk to anyone and had no hope of cancellation. Very disappointing. Never booking with them again.
One of the very worst app they have given me wrong information wrong Location wrong name of the hotel it was hotel dolphin but agoda has given me the name hotel taj staycation and i have booked for a dorm when i reached there the manager said that we don't have a dormitory only rooms.... So i would say that don't use this app, because it only have wrong information about the property.... Totally waste of time
The customer care is not supportive. Hotel is telling they are ready to cancel with refund but Agoda is telling hotel is denying. Do not trust Agoda at all. They have disabled the chat box. I have screenshots also for the same. Customer care has been connected but they are not replying.
Worst experience ever , I booked hotel from this app , showing 8400 but when I reached hotel they charged 10300 ...this app making fool by showing extra discount on hotel booking .no customer care no they have to complaint also . I have deleted from my mobile this app Absolutely fraud are happening here
