Recently I received a message it's more like a threat that they will remove my account and my reservation, what was that about maybe some new regulation they have. I will never share my national documentation with such website, you never know who can access your profile from property owners.
Very worst experience on its first use..I am given a unhygienic place to stay.when I complaint they said they can't do anything in this case.I provided picture of spiderwebs,mold etc still they are not able to help...they just do what the owner of the place says..Now I have to live in this unhygienic place for next three days..So stressful and frustrating

First and last plus worst experience. After 17 hours of travelling, we reached the place, and the person said the room would be available by 3 pm. I contacted customer care, and I am still waiting for a refund
Very irresponsible company. Can end up in situations where you loose huge amounts of money in a short period of time with no recourse. Then AirBnB will attempt to pass responsibility to the host when it was their lack of protections built into the system that created the situation. Requires far more protections for people booking when there's no losses on the host side.

Have decided to delete my account as they wouldn't let me book a house for fear of having a party. 6 family members all in our mid-40s who are working professionals are the customers you want Airbnb. I definitely do not need the headache and BS when trying to book. Note that my account and credit card were all verified and uploaded to the account.
Terrible experience. Scammed for "damage repairs" with no evidence . Tried following up with the host and they couldn't provide any additional information. Save yourself the headache and get a hotel. It will be cheaper once the fraudulent claims come rolling in. Airbnb will always side with the host and a hotel will have a proper room inspection after leaving that won't make up stuff to get more money. Will not be using again.

The app is not working properly on my xiaomi mi 10 lite: the dark mode shows white pages on which ofc the light colored fonts can't be read. It's been months, pls fix
