I dont want to do password or email
App constantly crashes. It has potential, but someone needs to take care of the stability issues. Every time I open the app, it just crashes. I have the latest version, too.
I used to be able to use the app efficiently, take my progress photos and be confident that it would save. Now the app just keeps crashing and im really annoyed that I can't access my photos. I kept them all in the app because I was confident in it's capabilities. Now I'm struggling to even get the photos when the app DOES worm. Waste of time. Worked fine MONTHS ago, now it's garbage.
Kicks you out in the middle of pictures, which are difficult to obtain to the satisfaction of the app.

Whenever I go to take a picture of my Invisalign code and put my name it it tells me to put in my email but the screen just keeps loading forever.
What an absolute ridiculously unusable garbage app. I rarely leave reviews but the absolute torture this app has heaped upon my 12 year old child and my entire family requires this review. What sort of User Acceptance Testing was done? Was the need to Go to Market so necessary that usability was sacrificed? The performance of this app has made me question my decision to go with invisalign over trad treatments. Fix your code. Fix your testing. Fix this horrible POS
Way too big: this app is 791 MB. That is absolutely absurd. That's 302 MB for the app size itself (which is way too much already) and then another 482 MB of stored data (note: this is *before* taking a single photo, so the only data I've entered is my account info and some timer usage).
