Absolutely shocking!! The map is now becoming more and more inaccurate with roads having made up bridges that do not even exist!! Complaint after complaint with clear evidence showing the issues. How on earth can you advertise this as a suitable Satnav for HGV Drivers. Somebody somewhere needs to look deeply in to the Information your map is showing. Just a check of Google Street maps shows how wrong Copilot is. Trying g to plan routes is becoming more and more frustrating.
Mixed. Used to be MUCH better and more accurate. Just had nightmare misdirection in Vancouver, BC, that caused 2+ hour problems, misdirection of 60+ kms one way to a wrong address in the wrong city by auto rerouting error! App simply could not find the street address and got us incredibly lost. Days later, tested app could find the hotel by postal code but not the street & #? Also, in B.C. Canada MANY roads and highways are in rivers, bridges are on dry land and off by 200-500 metres! Bizarre!
update 2024 app has been abandoned. hasnt been updated in years and doesnt ecen work on android 13 or 14 Had this app since 2012 and 10yrs later still no speed limits on i90 or i94 or i480 ohio to minnesota
Tries to lead you off interstate at every exit. Picks unsafe RV routes. Hard to plot roads and once you do you have to go back and remove stops. Use something else, this app will get you lost.

Used to be a really good app. Used it all the time as a HGV driver but now fails to load and has to be reinstalled. Will try a couple more times but if it continues then I'm off and cancelling my subscription
Doesn't work
First time I used it, it planned a route that had me turning in the wrong direction and told me to turn around on a petrol station forecourt!
This used to be a great app. Used it to travel around New Zealand. Then the ownership changed. They tried to change the one off fee to an annual fee, which was too expensive, though I could sympathise eith the logic. Now the app fails to load. This is an example of internet shitification driven by hedge fund profit seeking.
