Ancestry should be ashamed of themselves. Taking away features that used to be available without a membership. And absolutely should be available without a membership. Like public trees and shared matches? Your prices are atrocious. Especially when considering how often the app fails. I will never pay for your membership because youre scam artists.
Bad experience with the dna july 21st I should have my results.... I tried emailing them nothing back *_* the tree part was alright but really unhappy about the dna results not coming back or even a why or an update of possibly when would have been fantastic..
Disappointed, what a biased company.. this company and myheritage just stay away from these two. Leave out a certain group like not exist in history. You can't be the racist or disrespectful to history point of view.
This new update took more away for free User. You could have a suggested family member added when it pops up but now tou have to pay Premium so ridiculous. Also the glitches are horrendous and there are a lot. Every time I add a person it glitches and shut the app out. That's just one glitch.

Everything was free for years and years now they took it all away and you have to pay for everything especially all the dna programs I would not ever recommend unless its all reversed back
Something breaks when they add/fix something, ie gallery which stops working when trying to add photos. Cannot view all trees on the app. Only way to get into a tree on the app that you haven't opened in 30 or more recent trees, is to make it a recently edited tree by logging into the desktop site, opening the tree & making an edit. Bothersome when you just want to view a tree that isn't currently on the list of 20! Needs a tree search feature. Cannot view addresses on public records anymore.
I have payed AGAIN but am unable to acess the tree i already had and worked on for several years and the dna that i already paid for what a rip off no help from their site!
Loved this app at first and paying for things extra over the years, I understand costs..But, When I paid for a subscription, I should have been able to keep what I paid for and found ,after I had canceled .Last week I was finding relatives for my tree ,the only thing left you can do without having to pay.Then I logged in today, and now you can not even make a tree without premium...unless you manually add people..Done with this app now ..You can't do anything without having to pay..
