Paid monthly? No thanks was an unlimited user since it came out. After being out of the country for three years I come back to find that I'm not unlimited anymore but have to pay 99 cents a month. I'm out.
Been a paid user since the beginning when it was unlimited access. W/ last update in Oct 2022 app removed my account and won't reset password or give me access to my 1000+ record. Very disappointing how the people how helped develop the app even giving improvements that where implemented have been treated since app went monthly. We should have been grandfathered. How sad, this is just bad customer service.
After a recent update, I've been signed out of this app and I can't get back into it. I've tried resetting the password and it says it has sent a password reset email but it hasn't (I've checked the junk mail folder) so now I can't use it at all.
Went to paid subscription service. Sucks. Uninstalling.
I have paid for a subscription and somehow the app now crashes MORE than it did before. I edit one thing: crash. I add a polish to my swap list: crash. I upload a photo: crash. I'm also unable to export my data, which is the reason I subscribed in the first place. Adding to this: I'm asked to leave a review and reminded of the subscription service every time I log in. Both of which I've done. It's annoying. Edit: it's months later and I'm still having these issues.
Sadly doesn't have an option for creme finishes! Would love for this to be added! Update: It's not appeared for me yet, I did try reinstalling, I'll check again tomorrow! There's only Cream and Crelly, no Creme.
Have to upgrade to do most things. Made an error on a color you added? Don't worry, there's an edit option! But you have to pay to use it. Want to add a picture of the color? There's that too! If you pay for it..

Always problems loading and I purchased it years ago now you expect me to pay $12 per year for it!
I bought the app after I maxed out the free version. Now i log in and it says itll have a subscription fee every month so no thanks, it's not good enough to be worth paying monthly. I'll just use an excel spreadsheet.
