Worst app ever. Did not give people notice that you will have to replace the original app. I have attempted to scan licensee and passport for verification but keeps failing. I wish I could give it zero stars

Latest victim of this prototype. Spending hours with tech support couldn't get the problems sorted. Now all my savings in this account and card can't even activate. P.S.: Now it's 27th June, it's been more than 2 weeks they still have no solution for activating my card! How hopeless it can be!
Of all my banking apps this has the worst user experience i've seen. The other ANZ app is by far easier to use and has a better more usable layout.

I was locked out for no reason so I uninstalled the app. When I try to reinstall, it requires and Australiam mobile number which I dont have, as I live overseas. So now I have no access to my accounts and can never get through on their phone lines. Disgrace
WAY too hard to obtain particular documents & branches are unable to help. useless!!
