I have to spend too much just to read a book I spent over $50US and not completed a book. And after I read that book part of two days I can't log in it anymore if keep closing before you can even get to the check-in page. Kmft. The bugs are not fixed. As for premium quality books there are so much errors in them I just bypass that because the story is still interesting.
Costs more than a Hard Back Book, an Audio book or a Kindle book. Spent $29.99 and it was not enough to read one whole book. Crazy! Reply to Developer; Tasks?! I want to relax and read a good book, not complete tasks. And why would I get a membership if I haven't been able to complete one book to see if I like the product? Seems backwards to me.
First 3 chapters free the need to pay a minimum of $2.99 for 300 coins to unlock next chapter, there's 325 chapters. So 16x322=5152 coins needed meaning id have to spend a minimum of $50 roughly for one 'book'. Not worth the money unfortunately. Even with bonus coins for time reading I'd still have to spend a lot of money for a book. Always feels like a scam.
Purchased the 29.99 unlimited weekly subscription pack I didn't make it 12 hours without it wanting me to repurchase coins not mater how many times I exit update or log out and back in .... this app is a waste.. money pit

To high on chapters. Went from 34 coins to 91 coins. I was only on chapter 12. Deleting....
Who wants to pay that much for 1 book? They suck you in because you want to read the next chapter. But $100 to unlock all the chapters. No thanks.
I have been reading what I thought was a completed story and paying to open chapters I have gotten to the end, and the storyline is incomplete. There is no closure of storylines for any of the characters in the book people are in comas bad guys are being chased and they are trying to find a way to kill them. I raised this with readink and they have refused to give me a refund for the hundreds spent on a story claiming to be complete. Very disappointed
Too expensive to unlock chapters
SCAM!!! They charge a subscription fee even if you do not authorize it. They charge outside of Google play so it won't register with them. There is no way to reach this company to cancel, and cannot cancel through the app. They charge way to much and you cannot read anything for free
