Garbage app will never actually close on your phone used to be great but is now just a virus
If they come out with a different version of a book you've purchased - same author, same reader - you will not see it from a standard search, though you can find it through my library on the full website and access it that way. If you forgot, you'll think you don't own it and be prompted to buy it again. This is infuriating and unethical. When our books are behind an encryption wall, we're forced to trust them to make our purchases accessible. They're unworthy of that trust, and they know it.
Old phone - My phone is running really hot when using this app. I dunno what's caused it, duddnt used to run hot. It just drains battery and gets HOT! New Phone - Keeps playing book when I don't want it to. Lose my place, very annoying. Other apps dont spontanioulsy play like this does and its more anoying for a 10h book than it is a 3 min song.
App won't work at all on my daughters Samsung Galaxy A15 and when looking into it this problem has been around for months! Stop breaking your app and just let people install older, working versions!
absoloutley rediculous how hard it is to cancel your membership, you cannot do it off your amazon account. you cant do it off your app. you cant do it off your app store settings. you cannot do it off the regular desktop website... go to the audible website . scroll all the way to the bottom untill in small blue writing it says "view full site" click that. Then click on your name on the top. click manage settings. cancel membership.scroll down cancel.scroll down cancel. you're welcome
Ads and plays automatically.. Audible itself is great, but the app is very poorly designed.
I paused my membership as I transitioned employers just to discover I need an active subscription to listen to books that I've already purchased!!! How in the seven hells does that make any sense, Audible? Needless to say, I won't be back. I am canceling all of my Amazon accounts. There's other options. 😘
Membership issue.
Constantly stops playing for no reason when I leave the app. So annoying. Also constantly has issues downloading podcast episodes.
