Very low quality leads, and most of people not interested only.
11 jobs paid for in one month, not even one go trough. 200£ spent for nothing, i was not even sent a quote, as people not answering, or they change their minds, or even told me that they did not put any jobs on Bark and to never call them again. Waist of 200£. I will delete the app. Plus, they sell the lead to 5 people. Good luck finding a proper job through them. I was not so lucky.
Overpriced leads with almost next to nothing on results. Not worth it.
Clearly some sort of scam, leads never answer
Amount of credits needed are way over priced for jobs. 15 credits (£30) to trim two small shrubs?! Have queried bark and they think they know what constitutes as a large / small job. Over 14ft is not a large tree. 50ft plus is a large tree. Have purchased phone number many times and after contacting the recipient they turned out to be false or another tradesman trying to find out other companies prices.. not a cool way to win jobs at all.
As a vendor who was servicing clients looking for a website, the leads were absolute low tier inquiries. Many of them somehow accidentally submitted the form and the leads were crazy expensive. To access the leads for someone with a budget of $500, you would need to spend between 24 - to 40 credits. Given each credit is roughly 2.8$ so you do the math. Over 100$ to access jobs worth $500. They don't pick up the phone anyway. I have been In sales for 16 years so it's not me :)
Waste of money, charge me twice when I bought leads, not even one client received. Other one even denied having posted a lead.
The whole bark platform is a scam. The credits are expensive and are typically gone with 1-2 leads. They don't give back the credits for non working numbers. You can "refute" all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that your platform is trash. Many people feel this way, as you can see. Look through your reviews. Ask those fake 6 Star reviews. Employees stop leaving fake 5 star reviews.
This app is trash, I've spent money and got no response from none of the clients and I haven't heard from bark. Its been a complete waist of time and money
Scam, don't waste your money or time on this, I have nearly used all my credits costing £85 I have messaged customers regarding their service, all I get back is they don't need anyone no more or you don't get a reply. I have asked for a refund as I'm not having a good experience at all. Customer service just wants your money and don't care about anything else. I gave it a good 2 months before reviewing and still not getting no jobs your better off using free apps or using Facebook page
