I preferred the old TFG website. This Bash App is not user friendly, the filtering works terribly. When it first launched it wasn't perfect but it wasn't thid bad. I used to do all my son's seasonal shopping at TFG. But it's so frustrating with this App that I have to find a new online store.
Appalling service! Call center agents are clueless and unhelpful. Simple voucher query turned into a nightmare. Emails ignored, multiple transfers, and unending hold times. Lack of training, accountability, and customer care. Avoid at costs
I always to have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to function properly. I add things to my cart, and the payment option just keeps loading. I have closed and reopened the app MULTIPLE times only to have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work. Extremely frustrating! If I could give zero stars and just leave this review, I would!!
