App will not open
Updated my app today, it won't clear the loading screen.
Worst experience ever. Shipped and reserved a car. Over 3 weeks later still no car. Delivery date was 10 days ago and I've had to call multiple times to just get fed lies and that it'll be ready in a few days. Demanded refund and this is a scam as far as I am concerned. If they do not refund they will definitely catch a case.
You can see your account but after complaining for months, still haven't fixed the payment option
Horrible deleted immediately. Keeps pushing you to search for a car and set a store location but only pulls up places 1000s of miles away. Just want to pay my car payment.
Won't load......at all. Terrible app, terrible company, terrible prices on cars. Hope you go bankrupt.
Car Gurus is the best car app
WORSE APP EVER!!!! I usually do not give ratings or comments, but this APP is HORRIBLE. All I want to do is sign onto my account, make a payment, see my statement, etc. WHY THE ADVERTISEMENTS takes over the app, PURCHASE OPTIONS, ETC. If I have an account now, I shouldn't be hit or overwhelmed with other stuff. The app keeps jumping to either the 2 Step Access screen or Location Screen that's frozen and doesn't work. I had to reboot the app several several times. I'm deleting this app. Done!
I used to love the older version of this app. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Now it's complicated, and not as easy to browse. Hopefully, you will switch back to the previous version. Update: 7-18-24 Now the app doesn't work at all. I've cleared all Cache and Data for this app, and updated it. The app keeps wanting my location. And even when I specify my location, nothing happens and no vehicles load. I'm not using a VPN service either. Im at a loss.
