Don't trust this company. They will lie about problems with their cars and even hide damage from their photos. Car arrived filthy and damaged with mechanical and electrical problems day 1. They refused to fully cover cleaning, undisclosed damage repairs, and want to keep the $1100 shipping profits to return despite obvious obfuscation of known problems.
First vehicle was quick and easy.. didn't have all the features, speakers blown and mirror detection failed constantly. Plus hesitation to go. 1st swap took over a month. Issue after issue. Finally got the 2nd vehicle for it to not have the features I paid for, not serviced, or cleaned. I am currently on the 3rd week and just now able to finalize the purchase to swap for the final time due to them taking forever to put a credit on my account. 1 out of 20 advocates are decent and do what they say
Horrible experience!! Placed order for a car almost 2 wks ago...every single day since, they have asked me to provide additional info: address verification, 12 months of pay statements, 24 months of bank statements and lastly my tax return info for the past 3 yrs. I only had 2 because I hadn't filed for last year yet. But they wanted all of this after I was already approved and had already paid $126 to add the potential new car to our already active auto policy. Then sold the car to someone else
Doesnt load vehicles
Continuously having to download the same paperwork over and over. And even when paperwork is downloaded before deadline, they claim it wasn't.
Literally couldn't be more disappointed with carvana. Customer service is a joke! They do nothing but send auto generated responses in chat and do nothing to help solve problems. My "locked in trade in offer" changed 3 times. Nobody could explain why. The financing offers thru carvana couldn't be any worse either. Horrible interest rates, a ridiculous amount of documentation required just to be told you need even more documentation. Do yourself a favor and buy local. What a joke!
I started the process to order a vehicle and they took my down-payment before I was even approved. Then after everything was done and approved two days before the vehicle was to be delivered they switched the delivery date and did not even ask me if it was going to work for me. I reached out for help and appently there is nothing they can do other then cancel my order and I will have to wait for my money to be returned and start the process over again and the car can get sold to someone else.
Do not buy from carvana they will sell you a lemon and not help you at all I found my car for 6 months now the transition went bad and carvana's limited warranty doesn't help you at all
On the plus side, the service was quick, and the process to receive the vehicle was extremely easy. Also, it is great they offer a warranty because I absolutely needed it. The downside has been a vehicle that was completely loaded with problems that should have been found during a vehicle inspection and were instead masked with quick repairs. My car has spent more time in a repair shop than in my possession at this point. Would not recommend.
Dont bother if your car has more than like 100000 miles on it gave me an offer for $100 for a decent car 🙄
