The app has been crashing since yesterday. On Android 10. 6 August: still crashing
Doesn't allow me to add my cards to Google Wallet anymore. Local bank couldn't help me, and online support was useless and couldn't help me. I pay for my credit card and cannot even use Tap to Pay on my phone anymore.

Everytime you open the app you get bombarded with pop ups. It's very unpleasant and unprofessional for a banking app.

If there was option for 0 stars. This app is utter garbage. No developers fixing anything for months. Always shutting down after logging in. Uninstalled, reinstalled. CIBC doesn't care. Bank elsewhere if you must have a functioning app. You'll lose customers. Not enough resources allocated to developing and fixing bugs. If you don't care. I don't care anymore. Lose all the business you want.
