Absolute trash company. Will not let you withdraw, or send crypto without an active phone number of their specific requirements. Crypto has been locked for over 6 months and at this point I am giving up. I would gladly send it to someone who could use it but I'm not even allowed to do that. Worthless POS company. Wont register my payment method waited a week tried re inputting payment method. Broken app with FAQ or Robot Customer Support that doesn't escalate to humans....
The absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. They simply tell me why their contracts can diverge from spot by a few cents here and there and I'm not talking about a few cents I'm talking about a massive and abnormal $9 divergence out of nowhere that recovers to track correctly one hour later after liquidating unsuspecting longs. They simply cannot explain how their crude futures diverged a massive $9 but muchness how it came right back because it was all manipulation.
Horrible support. If you have any problem whatsoever, consider it permanent. Support chat is unable to help me in 90% of my interactions. All my issues remain unsolved almost every time.

Coinbase, if a customer requires KYC ID verification or other arbitrary verification for USING CRYPTO for the sake of crypto outside of Coinbase you MUST do more to notify the customer. Push notifications, red banner in app, etc. basic stuff. Waiting for someone to call into customer service is UNACCEPTABLE for your current market position. Edit: Strike 2 for a terrible boilerplate response. Clearly I've already talked to your support team. Get a Product Owner to start writing better features.
