I'm so sad about this. My kids used the cosmic yoga youtube channel every week, we've been long time subscribers. But now every video is an "app preview" which just causes upset and frustration. Everything has a subscription cost now 🙄 with the cost of living we can't keep up with all the things especially when it's now a pain to be able to put the videos on my xbox to play. - the content made is absolutely fantastic, the rating is for the app & subscription cost.
I can't find pricing info anywhere. It just says "cancel anytime" and "in-app purchases" but won't let me watch anything or do anything without a subscription which I also can't find any info on....?
Bad I can't even pay my daughter
I give this app NO STARS! I have been fighting for over a year for a refund. After providing proof that the funds were taken AFTER I canceled subscription, I was still unable to get a refund. The email conversations are a complete run around. And of course then no responses. This didn't just happen once but twice that I was charged after I went through the process of cancelation. Sorry but a step by step process is quite easy for the majority of the population. I WANT MY MONEY
I gave this one Stars because this game is crazy I cannot believe what this did to my daughter. I'm going to explain what happened 1 day my daughter did this yoga thing and it was all going well until she cracked her ribcage open she could not breathe for about 6 months Then I am really really sad my daughter died from the rib cage and the injuries I can't believe you did this you're teaching kids to go in positions they can't even go in II need you true delete this off the App Store😭😭😭😭😭
£7.99 per MONTH??? Seriously??? This is a very abusive price, that will certainly exclude many people that can't affoard that, and also makes parents that can affoard to be not buy because we can't have a subscription for every single app our kids have. This is just sad, and I'm very sorry to see that Cosmic Kids ended but on this path.
Wont operate on childs tablet (clicking on a video always takes him to the home screen), on my phone it doesn't seem to offer anything beyond what is already on the youtube channel. In fact, the app appears to just be a placeholder for youtube videos
IT IS BASICALLY A TON OF COSMIC KIDS VIDEOS AND PUT INTO A TINY SCREEN AND THE APP IS NOT ON THE ROKU TV WE HAVE! 1 STAR! ⭐😡
Its asking money for free trial
I was disappointed when they charged me another year subscription without any warning - using a new credit card number that I never provided to them (google gave it to them my new exp date). I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. There should be notification before they bill you. Auto billing aside - they should send out some sort of warning that they are about to bill you again. Sneaking it in is dishonest.
