For the last month, this app is logging me out every time i'm gona use it. Is annoying....
Sucks they deferred me then took points away cause of in activity but i could not donate so i was at about 700 points and they took 240 from me when u only get 60 or 62 points each donation its going to take me for ever to get thoes points back
Since having this app my phone randomly texts and calls in my pocket when my phone never did this before
Seems like I'm always being discriminated every time I come I haven't been able to donate once yet they basically have you do all the stuff they waste like an hour of your time just for the end just so the doctor can say you cannot donate today they should at least pay you for wasting your time like that as well because some of us have bills and it's really messed up the way somebody's time like that when they're trying to donate and get a little money to help people
I been a loyal customer and I feel totally disrespected by csl to where I will not donate anymore. All they have done is waist my time like my time doesn't matter. I failed the screening for low iron 3 times. They don't tell me they won't take me any.ore unless I have a doctor's release so I come the 4th time because they failed to tell me that I'll be turned away. They should have told me before I waisted the 4th day coming in for nothing. My day again was waisted and it wasn't due to my iron.
Can't even redeem my points from referring a friend, the app does NOT work half the time.

Can't log in at all
Account recovery doesn't work and doing the questionnaire (which is almost required to donate at your center unless you want to be behind everyone) forces you to leave the app and re-login on Chrome, which I can't, because account recovery does not send you the Code to do so. What is the purpose of this app....? I don't care to donate here if I have to wait forever every time I do because I'm given less of an advantage.
