Unusable app, as it crashes back to the home screen each time I try to log in.
Terrible, crashes out, slow.
The recipes and content is good but the app crashes all the time. They have the ingredients section but it crashes half the time you can't even see the ingredients at the right time
Was a great app, before and during subscription but now I have unsubscribed all my content/recipes are now unaccessible/no method or ingredients. This wasn't the case before subscribing, app was always freezing/lagging too
Bought How To Go Plant Based, which is meant to give access to the same recipes on the app. I answer the app's screening questions correctly, but it still prompts me to pay. Pretty annoying.
Unusable, constantly crashes!
Really glitchy on Android from the start screen so I can not progress from this screen!
I remember I used to like this app. Maybe I would again if it actually worked and stopped glitching out every time I opened it. Waste of money for recipes I can't view because the app just quits when I try. If I view a recipe, then click back (to recipe list), it resets the recipes and I have to scroll all the way back down repeatedly to keep viewing more recipes, and then the app freezes and quits, so I can't. The app is slow and lags every single time.
Makes you create an account claiming it's free of charge, but can't actually click or see anything without paying a monthly / yearly fee.
Can't even open the app! I'm trying to cancel my subscription (they don't send a reminder so watch out for that scam) but I can't even open or use the app. Great scam you've got going Ella. I was a big supporter of your cookbooks but after this experience will not be buying anymore. Your lack of customer service is shocking.
