Over the past 3 years the apps ui has improved and more features (that other banks have had for a decade) have been added which is nice, this constant maintence messages like 3x a week making me unable to use my banking app is insane and no other app or site does this much maintence where all services have to be paused, this has screwed me over multiple times when I need to send money or move money around from accounts. Use any other bank people not to mention I have to pay for my transactions.
Forced 2FA = Lose 1 star. No wire to domestic institutions = lose 1 star E-transfer limits way too low = Lose 1 star. Declined credit card application because, apparently, my credit history is too short (my credit history is 30 years and I've been a Desjardins account holder for 40 years) = Lose 1 star (pure incompetence) Totally useless app changelogs = Lose 1 star They don't honor benefits given by my account = Lose 1 star. Sadly, can't give below 1 star

What's going on? I can't log-in on the app but it works in my navigator. It started when I added another fingerprint in my cellphone the app started glitching after it disabled fingerprint option. So after typing my card number and password and pressing login it just freezes there and eventually there's a error message saying that Desjardins isn't working at the moment. Am I the only one getting this? The error is "LGN1010"
