Not sure how to rate this. I've been using it happily for years, and until recently would have given it 5 stars. But now it appears to require an internet connection to function at all. That makes it completely inop for me, as I never have an internet connection when I'm using it. Don't know if this was intentional, but I will apparently have to find another recording app.
I paid for the upgrade to make it possible for Editing; but I still get the command to upgrade. So I paid through PayPal, but can't use it; or I am not allowed to use it !??
The app doesn't have a floating panel that can be displayed over other apps. I bought the paid version just for this feature.
please fix the bug recorded audio not playable inside app. always have to use external players to play recordings. Samsung F54.
Whoever came up with the word easy for this app was obviously tripping on purple elephants I just tried for the last 30 minutes to record a simple sentence and play it back impossible
what use is a recording app if you can't maintain recording in background while using other apps, with seperate sound app?? How do I get a refund?
Response to bot: If your humans would read these reviews rather than programming an auto response to a 1 star review, I wouldn't have to email anyone what the issue is because it's already in my review. This app is trash. Barely recorded every other word in an important meeting. Stock recording app is worlds better.
Can't even record phone calls, developer states ridiculous and childish lie in-app for why. Meanwhile developer is sucking up a violating amount of personal data from your phone which it does not need in any possible way --Go ahead and check the app's "Additional Permissions" and remember you this is the 'Pro' version you had to pay money for. Trash app from a privacy disrespecting Trash company.
I rated this app 5 stars when I got it back in 2018. Now, April 2024, got a new phone and the Verizon data transfer moves almost everything from old phone to new phone. But not "Easy Voice Recorder Plus". I lost gigabytes irreplaceable notes. I don't understand why this app can't just store your audio files on your internal SD card. I have no idea how the heck everything got deleted. I'm disappointed beyond words.
Using a Samsung galaxy s22, I paid for the pro version. After hours of recording, they won't play. I can see it responds to sounds, but then it will say something about not being able to access the microphone? Not using any other app. Says to allow it to work in the background, but I don't see how I can do that. I'm making recordings of someone harassing me, too give to police. It's very unfortunate they didn't take. Waste of my time and missed opportunities to catch this person's threats.
