False advertising
I have just about had it to the point of losing all faith in humanity with all these lying straight up false advertising companies that are not transparent at all and in the end it's just a waste of time I don't know why they don't just tell you everything up front to save time and not waste the customer's time. It was said that this was all supposed to be free yet it's just another lie. I wouldn't use or recommend this app to anyone. $19.99 per month? Absolutely ridiculous.
Only works with transunion. It said it has a velocity hold which is a lie because I CALLED them. This app is bunk
Signed up and can never log in whether I enter my info or choose to sign in with google- it's a whack app and needs fixing. Go Ai- maybe in the future
I was very impressed at the beginning when I didn't have a membership. I used the free disputes and had a item removed so I got the subscription and made a payment and disputed 25 items the first 2 days. And it seems like more got done with the free disputes. Cause ever since I started paying things have just stopped and the couple things that they said were deleted are still on my report as of today. I had high hopes for this app but I think it's best to work with a company in person.

Nothing but an ad to spend 19.99 for their premium account. Totally bummed and going back to Credit Karma.
Just downloaded the app and it doesn't work at all
I used this app a couple years ago and never pulled the trigger. Came back now that I have income and can pay for the AI Credit option. BUT all my credit information is from when I originally signed up. It has not updated since.
This app is trash. I will stick to the free app or something more solid. I tried to dispute something that is over 14 years old. And Dovly did nothing to remove it, just sad. Not to mentioned I even purchased a yearly subscription and nothing was done to remove something that I requested that shouldn't even be on my credit
