I got the app to download it so I can get a free medium coffee and when I tell them free they gave me three So it cost me more to use this app that's why I deleted it you guys suck.... I gave it another shot to try and get a discount this app never works properly it is the absolute worst and you should be ashamed of yourself just ripping people off and stealing their information and selling it to somebody else to be bothered by more nonsense
A What's New of "We’ve made several updates & bug fixes in this release to improve your app experience" tells me absolutely nothing. What are the updates? What bugs were fixed? Don't be so dang lazy and provide some useful information.
The new app is horrible .. 50 bucks for a free coffee? Can only use it once per hour to get points? . Thanks dunkin ill just get gas station coffee now it's half the price . Didn't think it could get worse .. but it has . now if your a regular customer you hardly ever get offers ...
Time for a new update! App is dookie. Logs me out randomly, and then doesn't let me log back in for hours, sometimes days. Used to use this app all the time. But now, Dunks has gone down the tube in quality across the board. They're no better than Starbucks anymore. How the mighty have fallen.
FINALLY DELETED APP! BYE DD.. Does DD actually read these? I've emailed them several times also. PLEASE add all standard menu items on the app. Add chocolate chip muffin. How hard is that? It's in every store yet you have a choice of 2. I always have to run in and tell them I don't want corn muffin. So frustrating **** july 2024, still no update to the menu on the app.
I had a card balance of $13.66. This app stole my money. I had enough money for my items. I kept getting an error message (2-3 times). I closed the app and reloaded it, and my money was gone, only left with $0.46. It's like it took my order, but didn't at the same time. Went to the store and asked if they had received the order, they did not. Not even the app shows where my money went, and the order is non-existent. I will update my review once I get my $13.20 back.

The app placed an order before I even clicked submit order. While preparing for an order I realized I wasn't sure of a pick up time so went back to change the time but then decided I'll do it later and just got out of the app. I guess the app took that to mean go ahead with the order without my confirmation or consent.
