Look. It's already inconvenient enough to have a minimum amount required to add to my account, but raising it to 20 from 15 is just pointlessly obnoxious.
If I could give minus 5 stars I would . I can't even make an account because of invalid phone number error. I put my phone number in 5 times and each time I got the same stupid error. I tried to add a different number and got the same result. Lile my metro by t-mobile phone and my life line phones are not allowed to get rewards because I'm poor.. WOW SHAME ON THE MAKERS OF THIS APP . I FEEL LIKE IM BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE I CANT AFFLRD AT&T.
I LOVE all of the drinks and I love the way the employees are always upbeat and positive.... The APP, however, IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER FAIL! Why do they not spend the money to have a better quality APP like every other restaurant? The fact that there is absolutely NO way to enter points (say, from a receipt) after the purchase so basically if you don't have your phone with you or you forget to scan your app at the time of purchase then you just lose those points. Update the app to accept receipt
This app sucks now i have to sign in or sign up just too look at the menu it is annoying bc before u could continue as a guest and still be able to look at the menu now idk why that changed but its stupid and dumb i ain't wasting my time with it until it goes back to letting us looking at the menu as a guest but until then i aint using it
App won't let my son create an account. It keeps saying unable to create an account. Also, it loads forever and when it does load it's hard missing and the menu is missing so many different flavors and drinks you have to go in amd order through drive. Miss the convenience of the old app
Pretty bad app. Can't not be used without signing up, but the app will not let me create an account. And support does not know how to help. Since someone else already used my phone number. They are still trying to locate my account that I cannot create. 0/10 just deleting the app. :(
Points expire. I've never been able to have enough points before they expire to get any free drink. I might as well not even have the app.
It won't let me make an account, whenever I try it takes me through the whole process and then tells me it's unable to create it. Since I can't make an account, it also won't let me look at the menu or do literally anything other than look at the potential rewards if I had an account. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, putting in different information, but nothing works.
Can't see the menu unless you give them your phone number. Atrocious UX
