Only works on certain locations. I used this app all the time for about 2 years and loved it. Now ive moved to a new state where popeyes is ALL OVER the place. So I ofc thought I could use it more frequently and buy more food and get rewards cause I loved it. Now it doesn't work; my card won't go through( works perfectly fine), the rewards won't go through, the app only works in certain locations and apparently it's none of them in this state. No longer feel like a customer there=(
This app is terrible. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it is stuck. Can't click on anything
Overcharged. The app said there was an error with the card, but I was charged multiple times. When I got to the store they said there was nothing they could do to help me. They didn't even take my order. I left empty-handed with a charge on my card. I was told to call the bank because they couldn't help me at the store.
App is not working. Can't sign in
Great when it is working. But just recently when I selected my home location on Read Blvd 70127 app lagged really bad. Couldn't even load the different screen options let alone order. FyI. I asked a coworker to try on her phone and the app did the same once she selected the location. Her phone just froze on the screen.
