When you least expect it, it hasn't tracked your entire day. 😑
This app is trash & glitchy
Horrible customer service! Bought a new phone, uploaded the app and go to sign in and it tries to make me repay for the premium. All the data is gone. I am using the correct email and password to log in. Emailed customer support. Because why should you be able to talk to a live person? I submitted my receipt, showing U paid for premium, via email. Not sure if it's a person or bot on the email. All my data is gone. Email support tells me to just log in and it should all be there.

Everlance is extremely greedy. They used to do enough trips to cover one trip a day . They don't do that anymore. They are also charging for every little thing. I'm switching to milesiq . They provide more trips a month .
Has not worked properly since I was forced by my company to use this garbage app. Have updated multiple times. Contacted the developer and followed their instructions several times, and it still doesn't record over half my company trips. I have lost hundreds of dollars because of this faulty product. It won't upload manually entered trips despite having this feature. Google maps can work every single time, but not this trash. Would give no stars if possible. Utterly useless P.O.S.!...
Not needed, customer service is just an automated response which is no help, still waiting on the refund I was promised, won't let me attach a pic of the email they sent
App stop automatically detecting trips. Tried uninstall and reinstall, it worked for a day and then stop detecting again. I have a yearly subscription, please address this issue. Kind regards, Shane
