I tried to book a hotel in Wyoming and their website automatically changed the dates on me. It's done very deceptively, so I didn't even notice when I booked the hotel. So I had booked a hotel way out of state for a time I was going to be home. I have since heard that many others have had this issue too. That was about a year ago. Last month I booked a hotel that they advertised as having 7 available rooms, going fast, so I booked one for the next day. I get there and the hotel had been closed f
I booked a hotel for 6 nights, the prices seemed pretty good on here and the hotel I found looked really nice from the pictures. When I show up for check-in, it was probably the most run down sketchy hotel I could've found and looked nothing close to the pictures. Thankfully I got a full refund no thanks to the virtual agent. When booking another hotel for the night, I get an email confirmation saying it was for the next day instead of the day I chose and now can't get a refund on it.

Horrible customer service I booked a hotel room a week in advance and Expedia uses another company between them and the hotel that cancelled my reservation so the hotel didn't have any rooms when I showed up, Expedia was still showing me good to check in but the hotel showed a reservation then Expedia still made me pay the cancellation fee.
Garbage app. Doesn't load. Just shows me the Expedia logo but never goes beyond that. Fully updated.
I have a terrible experience with the car that I rented from NU car company through Expedia. Unfortunately neighter NU nor Expedia responded me. Even there is not an option on Expedia to share your review about this car rental company there...
They refused support. Small claims is only real avenue to reverse being scammed by Expedia. If there's one company to avoid, it is this one.
$1000 hold and $50 extra in fees! Car check engine light on at pick up! Fog NOT sensed warning light! Nightmare experience!
