Doesn't work
When I canceled this app, a pervasive, non-stop barrage of their pop-up ads began, more frequently than 1 per minute. During this message I'm writing, I have already had 3 Experian pop-ups that no one has been able to remove. Today, 2 other companies have latched on & play immediately after making texting, emailing or researching almost impossible. If you sign on with Experian, you are captive forever & cannot leave them.
Worst interest rates, 5.94% advertised but best loan it could come up with was 11.96% (without mentioning 20%+ loans...). Once you fill up forms for a loan, you are stuck with it. You can't change it... so worst tool to run simulations and understand your options. The customer service line only has an old style robot that cannot connect you with any operator, even during operating hours... waste of time
Horrible its outsourced to foreign country. No one understands english. There needs to be a massive law suit as credit reports are full of incorrect information that experian is refusing to correct.

This app is not what you want it sucks. A million and two steps to get to a simple function. Take it off the market
I Don't understand after Experian Force's an update, it will then not recognize the biometrics after the update, this happens every time, why? I purposefully created a protective big password to protect the account, and after the update I have to go and look up the password every time to sign in, instead of the app recognizing the previous saved biometrics, why? It makes NO SENSE! 1 STAR for this purposeful choice of the Developers & for the Major Inconvenience that doesn't keep me any safer!
