Won't ever let me sign in.
Support team never helps with ANYTHING. Requested a password reset more than a dozen times and still haven't received my email. They're incompetent when it comes to finding your account within their system. I'm going to have to call my bank and tell them to block them as a merchant and deny any transactions from them. Terrible service and customer support. 1/10. Highly don't recommend.
This app runs hidden trackers in the background. It steals information about you and sends it to advertisers. I found this out when I installed & enabled DuckDuckGo's App Tracking Protection. I was amazed at how this app was sending my information to Google, Microsoft & Facebook.
I CAN NEVER LOG IN WITH MY PASSWORD. I'VE HAD TO CHANGE IT 4 TIMES NOW VERY UPSETTING
This app is absolutely GARBAGE. It no longer opens despite uninstalling and reinstalling. Go through web...don't bother.
The app does not allow you to view the meals before entering credit card. There is no phone number to reach Factor. After seeing the meal choices I found that I will not be able to eat these meals. All are very high in sodium. For my heart and my doctors orders, I can not have that much sodium. I need to cancel and still looking for a way to contact Factor
The app is comfusing at best and seems to auto select meals after I deselect them.
Box delivered to wrong address. Driver contacted me for further instructions to find address. Responded asking for a number to call and provide said instructions recieved no response. Factors solution? To give me credit to use on a non discounted box that couldn't have been used until September at the time of this review. Hugely inconvenienced and offered poor solutions. Would not recommend and never using this service again.
The chat support doesn't work on Android. It just keep reloading and can't get anywhere.
Horrible customer service they charged me for a box I never received and gave me credit I can't use for another month, and they charged me another box and are at this point stealing my money!!!! Don't order from factor.
