AVOID! Device breaks, zero cust service. My Fitbit broke twice. Fitbit offered a refund (under my country's consumer protection laws), lots of back and forth the arrange this until they went quiet, then they said they had a technical problem so couldn't send me the form to get the promised refund. Since then they've ignored all of my replies. They can't sent a form? Is it a deliberate tactic?
Fed up with trying to sync and reset Fitbit. No dashboard, can't find how to reset date and time, Too many instructions that are counter productive that send me in circles. Done with this device. Garbage.
Not working and will not sync no longer logging steps etc. Just saying no data this new app is rubbish. Have used old app without problems since 2017. Not able to log easily and therefore losing interest in fitbit.. my watch is still not working properly since the update in June. Has stopped working again today this now seems to be a weekly problem . Will now be looking to purchase an apple smart watch. Such a shame as I loved this versa 2 till the update it was great. Sadly now needs to go. Sod

It keeps losing signal to my phone. I have to keep restarting it or shutting it off. Same issue always ses to happen after an update. I have reset my phone and watch several times.

Still having trouble connecting Fitbit to Snapchat for bitmoji, I did everything including deleted all cache and data on all three apps including chrome.
I had to send my FitBit device in for warranty replacement. I stopped wearing it 10 days ago, and late last week, I shipped the device in, so it wasn't even within bluetooth distance. And yet, the APP has ghost steps, and not just a few, either. Yesterday alone had over 3300 steps - for a device that was essentially dead and not in the same state. Every day, there's a step count. Can this app be fully trusted to give an accurate step reading, let alone other data?
Ruined all the things that were good and easy to use. Sleep screen is a perfect example. We used to be able to zoom in and figure out when sleep actually started. Changed the colors that are harder to see, too. But no. We can't have nice things. No improvement, only shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic. Thanks for making this my last Fitbit device, Google. I've been a Nexus and Pixel owner for the last decade+ and you just make everything worse.
Waste of Money and NO SUPPORT. Had a charge 4, upgraded to a Sense 2 and it does not send notifications to my watch. Tech support have basically said they can't do anything and won't refund me, even though the product does not do what it's promises. Do not waste your money.
