Very unsatisfied with this app. It took ages to get it to work when I first downloaded it. Once your children leave that school you need to make sure you pull your cash out of it before you close the account. Then the app stalls when you try to close your account and you can't close your account. If it's inactive they still charge $1.50 per month inactive fee. Make the app better, you are obviously making money out of it. Very unhappy with the performanceoffered on this app

password reset doesnt work on android and support take days to help you access, avoid if you can this app is such an inconvenience

Never logs in straight away. It take quite a number of goes and 20 to 30 minutes before it works

Useless. Can't even top up or place an order more than half the time as the payment options just "don't appear". Possibly the worst app on my phone, such a disappointment it's the only way to order

The UX within this app is totally horrible and completely infuriating. Too many loops and unnecessary menu clicks. I've also just discovered if you let your account go inactive, they'll send you a no reply email saying to log in and request a refund and then close your account. Lots of messing about on your part. If you do nothing, they will charge you $1.50 per month for an 'inactive account fee'. So literally charging you money for providing absolutely nothing. Total shonks. Avoid if you can.
