CANNOT PLAY AT ALL!!! 2024 UPDATE: I went to update the game and now it is stuck at 100% and won't load. it's just the title screen and loading bar. Original review: I stopped playing a while ago because i couldn't switch the data to my new phone. I was level 80. Now i have to start over. Bummer.
Its a good game but recently when I try to play it, the game takes too long to load. Which I don't have a problem with, BUT when it loads to 100% it doesn't load the game for me. It just freezes for some reason. Its been like this for me for a few weeks now and its really frustrating. Please fix this.

I think there's some kinda glitch because I updated the game and it's on 100 percent but it won't load I tried so many times it says: you may have a slow Internet connection try again later, I even changed the Internet connection like about 5 times it still won't load please fix this!
I can't progress any further in the event maze. I've tried clicking, updating, etc. Nothing works, the rest of the maze is just black past the tutorial. I've got a quest for it, but when I click that it sends me to an inaccessible part of the map. Yes, I have energy to spend for it, it just doesn't work.

I have been playing this game for years but I was always bugged by the fact that you aren't able to save your progress and the game has to be reset from the beginning. I recently contacted gameloft about the certain issues cause I wanted to regain my account and they answered by saying that my account was deleted due to being inactive for a while. I've played countless games which I've left for years but my progress wasn't lost. So disappointed!!!
The tournament experience has been awful. The shops in the labyrinth are way too slow.
