We were sold fake tickets and then kicked out of the game after wasting money on parking and food we didn't get to eat. Very disappointed
NEVER risk it purchasing tickets through GT. They sold us tickets for a 6:30pm showing, then gave us tickets for the showing that had passed at 1pm that day. Despite having as of yet unsold tickets, they refused to replace them leaving my 11 year old with a very disappointing first theater experience. We will never be risking this again, and hope you safe your money!

With their added fees they end being more then Ticketmaster. Whack and waste of time
So, I find incredible deals on tickets that are more expensive than the actual ticket when you factor fees into the price. e.g. Cirque du Soleil tickets. Normally $85 Canadian all in. Gametime, $52 US us $27 in fees. That's $110; more than double the advertised price, and $25 more than retail. Why bother. Uninstalling. I'm quite disappointed actually because my hopes were high
Predatory, immoral, false adevetising on ticket prices, and terrible customer service. They advertised baseball tickets for 6 dollars, I purchased two and was charged 40 dollars for both. Their garbage policy is there to prevent you from getting a refund, they will do everything they can to keep your money. Avoid this app at all costs. Go to seatgeek.
Promo code shenanigans
A woman was drunk and I stayed with her to protect her, and I was charged for the tix. I just wanted credit.
It's a third-party scam. They show you the section and row for the venue but not the seats. I purchased two tickets and was never given a choice to pick seating. Now we are seated in the center of the row! Plus, the fee was half the price of the ticket. The ticket was $37, and the fee for the ticket was $18! This is outrageous! Plus, you don't see the fee until after the purchase. Third-party apps are making it unaffordable to purchase tickets to your favorite teams.
