Most of the time when I save my scans, I can't select the correct type of product it is. ex: I select the Toner for the product, then it scans and says it's a Serum even though it's not. Also everytime I scan the product, it always says it has a cream consistency, not sure if it's a glitch or not, but even though I haven't used these product and are not sure of the consistency, Im pretty sure not all of it is cream. Still have more I want to say but not enough space.
This app guessed randomly about my skin type, I tried 5 times to get combination skin, because that is my actual skin type, it also would tell me the real prices of any product, it told me a 30 dollar Blush was 10638 dollars🤦♀️
I can't open my account at all
The app advertises alot of functions that aren't available unless you pay the subscription. I was happy to use the free version, but when you tap on something, that you think it's free, it takes you to the payment page 😠
I am cancelling my subscription due to serious security and transparency concerns. My payment information was collected before I could review the terms and conditions, followed by an unfamiliar pop-up appearing on my screen. This lack of transparency and the suspicious pop-up have eroded my trust in your service. I value the security of my information and devices, and expect clear communication, especially regarding device access.

Filters are useless, This app will analyse your skin and act like a doctor, meaning it'll disregard your input because it thinks it's right, I'll ask it to filter out non-vegan or non-crualty free prodructs in the search and it will still show them because they are a "good match for my skin" so I lose a lot of time looking through products. I even tried to payed version to see if it was any better and it wasn't. Finally the indicated prices aren't accurate.
This is the worse skin app I ever seen my skin is more damage than it was
The app is so bad it takes ages to open and it says that it is blocking me
